During my 8-month co-op at ENMAX, I took the initiative to create onboarding resources for future co-op students, as I was the second person to occupy the role and wouldn't be able to meet the next student in person for training. I designed a comprehensive onboarding presentation that provided a holistic overview of the ENMAX experience. This included links to important resources, instructions for setting up a workstation, key abbreviations used by the team, and more.
The team was pleased with the presentation, and it was decided that this template would be used for all future co-op students. I created the presentation in Figma slides and then transferred it to PowerPoint to ensure it was universally accessible to both peers and future co-op students.
