City Document Design

This was an assignment that was completed during my Information Design Degree using the publicly available design style guide from The City of Calgary. This documentation design and process map was an exercise in learning how to follow brand guides, create hierarchy, and develop process maps. Research was conducted on City processes and synthesized into simple terms to reduce friction and encourage skimmability.
